From our humble beginnings, this gypsum business was started in 1990 from a garage with a vision to craft high-quality products that blend functionality with design, serving the needs of architects, builders, and contractors alike. In 2003, Ingrid and Joey joined forces with laser focus and together expanded their ambitions, founding one of the leading North American companies, Castle Access Panels & Forms Inc., in 2006.
What began as a small family-run operation has since evolved into a 45,000 sq/ft manufacturing facility instilled with family values, and in-house design staff, a mould-making department, and a dream team of innovative personnel ready to help with custom solutions, technical challenges, and project-specific needs, delivering products across North America.

As environmental pioneers, we are proud to be the first GFRG manufacturer to incorporate post-consumer recycled materials, specifically blue box glass, in every product we create. Utilizing Poraver® technology, we process recycled consumer glass—such as unusable colored glass—by crushing it into a fine powder. This is then refined into lightweight pellets that expand and granulate, which are used in the production of our Seamless™ Access Doors. These panels provide a seamless solution that blends flawlessly with drywall, ensuring a clean, professional result.
