In 2023, Glossier opened a new 7,000-square-foot flagship store in SoHo, New York City. The new store features a mix of city, industrial, and subway details, including mosaics, wooden benches, and barrel-vaulted ceilings.

Castle played a key role in bringing the elegant, NYC-inspired design of this Glossier store to life by providing seamless GFRG ceiling panels, tile-ready access points, and custom column covers. Our custom-fabricated solutions ensured that every functional element blended perfectly into the clean, loft-style aesthetic—supporting the brand’s mission to create welcoming, interactive spaces that spark curiosity and connection.

Northeastern University

Scope of work: Custom GFRG dome ceilings

Northeastern University has undertaken several renovations involving ceiling upgrades, including the installation of perforated metal panel ceilings, Chicago-style wood slat ceilings, and stretch ceilings. Castle supported the EXP building at Northeastern University with custom GFRG dome ceilings.

Caesar's New Orleans Casino

New Orleans, LA

Scope of work: 57,000 sq/ft of Custom Hybrid 4×4 GRG Ceiling Grid Cover, match existing mouldings and light coves

The Caesars New Orleans casino’s ceiling renovation project focused on modernizing the existing casino floor, which originally had a Mardi Gras theme. A key feature was an 80-ft x 40-ft lattice suspended from the ceiling, made of hollow aluminum beams with a wood grain finish.

Baird Center

Milwaukee, WI

Scope of work: GFRC Column Covers

In spring 2024, the Baird Center completed a transformative expansion, adding 300,000 square feet and effectively doubling its total footprint to 1.3 million square feet. As part of this development, Castle proudly provided custom GFRC column covers that seamlessly match the Center’s existing architectural elements—ensuring both continuity and elegance throughout the expanded space.
